Marco Brambilla
About: Well, I'm Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Milano and I collaborate to the WebRatio company for product and application design and development. I collaborate to researches related to web engineering, business processes, SOA, Web services, Semantic Web, semistructured data mapping, RIAs, and web architectures for embedded systems.
I graduated in Information Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano in 2001, and I got my Ph.D. in 2005. I spent two months internship in Cisco Systems (San Josè, CA, USA) and 6 months as visiting researcher at UCSD (University of California, San Diego). I'm coauthor of the book “Designing Data-Intensive Web Applications” (Morgan-Kauffman, 2002) and of several scientific articles in conferences and journals.
